نبذه تعريفية

In the last twenty years, excavation at Giza has uncovered many important and unusual Old Kingdom statues from two main areas: the Cemetery of the Pyramid Builders, located southeast of the pyramids and the Western Cemetery, west of the Pyramid of Khufu.

The Cemetery of the Pyramid Builders is located about 2Km south of the Sphinx and about 300m south of the Christian Cemetery of Nazlet El. Samman. The Cemetery was discovered by accident in 1990 in the area southeast of the Sphinx.
